用的是这个github项目，坑就是网上找的资料说使用dnspod的api，结果得用腾讯云的api折腾一下午，没看文档，只问ai了。。。

照着文档安装就成功，dnspod-secret放在`cert-manager`，`ClusterIssuer` 默认空间，证书哪个空间用放哪个空间，支持泛域名。
